Spring has sprung!
Ladybird Class always enjoy learning about the natural world. Each week we spend time outside either on a Welly Walk or in Forest School to develop our understanding and wonder at the natural world. There is something quite wonderful about lambs! So, off we went in our welly boots to visit Catherine and her new lambs. Some of which, were only born the night before.
The children walked quite a way, through the village, past Olivia’s house and up to the fields on the edge of the village. They were able to spot so many signs of spring on the way, including beautiful spring flowers, blossom and busy bugs and birds.
Catherine told us all about the lambs and we were even able to say hello to one. When we got back to school we made a card to say thank you to Catherine for helping us to learn.
