Celebrating Pentecost
We had a great day celebrating Pentecost yesterday in school. All of the children, staff and Rev. Godfrey spent the day finding out about this special day in the Christian calendar. The children made rockets, doves and kites to commemorate the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles. We ended the afternoon with a church service to show all of our work and used bubbles to signify the Holy Spirit.
